Staff was helpful, pointing out on map the different streets where the locals and tourists shop, and also the key attractions in the Milan Centrale area. Location just a short 10 mins slow walk from the main railway station.

no elevator, but the staff helped carry up luggage without expecting to be tipped. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

Fairly clean and straightforward accom with excellent location next to central train station, and very close to shopping area. Very amiable staff, tidy rooms with the balcony. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The hotel is very close to Milano Centrale and also the shopping area Buenos Aires. A lot of non expensive dinning options around the area. The hotel provides all basic needs, including a basic breakfast menu.

Close to transport links, including the tram and Metro. Reception open 24/7, so you can bother them with your demands anytime. The bar is perfect for drowning your sorrows after dealing with the disappointments.

The WiFi was so slow, I had time to knit a scarf while waiting for a page to load.

Loved my time here. Had really really nice stay for business trip with professional staff and particularly good location close to main shopping area. Location: the hotel was close to the city centre, train station and access to metro and Centrale and metro lines.

There is no elevator so being on 3rd floor (which is really the 4th when you walk up) can be a little tiring after a long day. You get some noise from the open uncarpeted stairway. Please don't stay here for your morning breakfast!
